Dance Aerobics, known in Japan as Aerobics Studio, is an exercise and rhythm game developed by Human Entertainment for the NES. It is the third game in Bandai's Family Trainer series, which was designed for use with the Power Pad, a 3x4 dance mat that players step on to perform various activities.

The game features three primary modes: workout sessions in Dance Aerobics, music-based activities in Pad Antics, and timed workouts in Aerobic Studios. One of the minigames in Pad Antics is Mat Melodies: the player plays five musical melodies by stepping on the correct power-pad buttons that correspond to different notes.
