Super Metroid: Kaizo Edition is a Kaizo hack of Super Metroid on the Super Nintendo. The game's difficulty is janked up to the extreme, with spikes everywhere and progression items placed in very hard to reach areas even for experienced players.

In a TAS however, none of this phases Hoandjzj, as they manage to beat this hack in record time.
