Meat Boy is a Flash game made by Jonathan McEntee and Edmund McMillen, where Bandaid Girl is kidnapped by Dr. Fetus, and it is up to the titular character to save her. It has many of the hallmarks of McMillen's signature art style, which would later be fleshed out in full in The Binding of Isaac. Later, Team Meat released Super Meat Boy, which is based off of this game.

Mikewillplays and slamo both improve on the previous run by 8.4 seconds thanks to a trick that lets Meat Boy run faster after he lands from a fall and changing the order in which the levels are played for more manageable enemy movement cycles.
