Aero Fighters, also known as Sonic Wings in Japan, is a vertically-scrolling shoot 'em up that was developed by Video System for arcades and was later ported over to the SNES. It stands out from other shoot 'em ups released at the time in that the final boss is random with each playthrough. It also takes a tongue-in-cheek approach to the "real world dogfighting" subgenre by including wacky elements like giant cyborg apes.
thegugafá plays the arcade version, once again chooses Villiam from Great Britain and completes two loops of the game — the second one harder than the last — in order to get the proper ending of the game, which means he gets to shoot down a giant cyborg ape twice, each time as fast as possible.
There is a video from the author where he gives his commentary over the run (Portuguese only).
