Yay, one that has bugs in it that I get to explain a bit.
Immediately out of the gate, I need to go through the prerequisites, this is a modified flash file.
It is modified due to the non-deterministic loading thanks to the Newgrounds API.
You cannot nuke the internet, as that will result in a longer load in Ruffle comparatively to flash which loads the title instantly.

So how does one remove things and what's removed?
Firstly you need JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler. After grabbing a clean version of the game only one thing that needs to be removed.

Under the "frames" folder in frame 1, remove:
PlaceObject2 (22: Preloader) Depth: 78 (loader)

Right, so firstly these glitches are possible on the standalone Flash player.
Instead of playing the entire game four times over, we instead play from the start to completion twice.

The first one involves a glitch where hitting "retry" button will land you on a different path entirely where you can exit out with Charles to get Government Supported Private Investigator.
How does this happen? Probably due to a check as you have to hit the "retry" button as soon as possible.

The second one we just hit "Retry" to get the other ending instead of playing the entire game again, this is an intended mechanic. Dunno why it doesn't bug here as well, but it works.
Spike why aren't you referring to the branch as "no refresh"?
'Cause that exclusive progression that gets saved is only available in Fleeing the Complex, placing it here is wrong.

feos: Claiming for judging.
feos: Accepting. Note: it synced for me on an unmodified game.
despoa: Processing... As a note, removing
PlaceObject2 (22: Preloader) Depth: 78 (loader)
will break the run and desync it immediately. What is supposed to be removed is PlaceObject2 (80: APIConnector) Depth: 6
, just in case if it still desyncs on an unmodified SWF for anyone.
