All Night Nippon Super Mario Bros. is a promotional version of Super Mario Bros. released for the FDS in 1986 and given away by the popular Japanese radio show All Night Nippon. Published by Nippon Broadcasting System, it features modified graphics based upon the show, with enemy, Mushroom Retainers and other character sprites being modified to look like famous Japanese artists and people related to the show. It also features the same graphics and alternate physics present in the original The Lost Levels. The levels present are a mix of Super Mario Bros. and The Lost Levels stages, with 8-4 being near identical to its Lost Levels counterpart.
As such, 8BitPlumber, KingKappa, web2000 and TomasPlays exploit the same subroutine bug present in 8-4 in order to execute arbitrary code that can make it skip right to the "Congratulations" sequence. Please read the authors' comments for more details.
