I must be a bigger idiot than I thought, driving amtd away with no effort at all. A 100% run can't be achieved because 50 vs. battles are required to unlock the last feature. The only way that will happen is if a pre-defined save of 49 vs. battles is allowed. I guess that's about it for 2006. See you in 2007.

Antd, don't worry about sandbag. He's a known troll at SDA. Which is why I was so blunt at a reply toward him. We generally ignore most of the things he has to say. All other fellow SDAers can vouch for that. Evidence: <DK64_MASTER> Hey zurreco, is sandbag a troll? <mikwuyma> I'm not zurreco <mikwuyma> but yes he is <DK64_MASTER> awesome reply and Mikwuyma is an admin at SDA.

I'm slightly more skilled on Super Smash Bros, but I have no experience in TAS's, so naturally I'm reluctant to work on this run. Baxter is currently trying to complete 4 Mega Man games at once, so he's 4 times more than unavailable at this time.
Baxter had not shown any interest in TASing this game, only in giving the idea for what a perfect run would be. as I have stated before, learning to TAS this game is not difficult. Myself or antd could teach you, if you're desperate enough to have this 100% run be done. Although, 50 extra fights is unnesscessary, just finishing the BtT/BtP and maybe 9 additional fights is enough to satisfy. and if you don't want to, and no one else does, then the game is just unsuitable for TASing, and there'd be no one to prove otherwise since you aptly made antd leave. (which is a shame.)

Agree. Yes, SandBag is known for being an annoying troll. "Who is the REAL soma cruz?" got tired after about -5 posts, but his incessant rambling about AoS did nothing but have everyone remind him that he needs to die by smoke inhalation.

What does SDA have to do with this topic, Zurreco? Any new ideas/improvements/glitches found?

Haha My reasons have nothing to do with Sandbag. But good to know if he is a troll or not.

That you're not submitting a run for the game, that you don't like a lot of people at this site, and, therefore, you have nothing to offer anyone?

I did -not- say people at this site are idiots who make comments about things they don't know. I am not making a run for this site. That is all I meant. ^_^

That is quite saddening. nico's run deserved publication, and your improvement would be a more than welcome addition.

So why is it you keep visiting these boards, exactly? Just to keep reminding us that you're not going to submit runs here? We got that. No need to stutter.

He's doing a run for his own sake, whatever that might be. All I care is that the run will be entertaining to me. He's posting here for feedback as this is the premier community for TAS. You got that? No need to be a dumbshit.

I thought about replying until I saw that DK64_MASTER pretty much said what I was going to say. I wonder if anyone will do the 'complete' run...

antd, from everything that I've seen done by you- your youtube videos and your fastest Fox work- you'd be the most eligible to make such a full run since: 1) you have a great knack for entertainment, as evident by the mini combo videos you make, which are amazing 2) you were planning to beat all the WR BtT and BtP, which such a full run could do 3) you have full experience TASing every character; I myself have only explored Kirby and for those interested, we have another SSB TASer in the mist; time will tell how good his work is.

ooh, nice to hear that you're still working on this. I thought that the arguments and you getting bored of stuff that people wanted submitted had thrown you off but nice improvements. BtP is saved from going through the platform... but 11 frames saved in DK, how'd you pull that off?

I know how to make DK fast-fall downwards instead of regular-fall after his Up+B suicide =)
