For Ghosts 'n goblins, I wrote the correct answer and the site says it is wrong :S. Major Bug.................. And for Ikari Warriors, I wrote Ikari Warrior and get Wrong. It's not you but author the moron. Anyway in final, I've got 1500 points, In fact I really only miss 3 of 20. Anyway, the site still says I suck. Imo, the quiz is stupid :P

1325 points. Yes, I used quite a few hints. I'm apparently a Nintendo Noob. I found it weird that it had Ninja Gaiden on the last level. Isn't it more well-known?

You probably wrote it wrong, like I did. I believe the correct form is "Ghosts'n Goblins", not "Ghosts 'n Goblins".

1925, I used guesses on (spoilers) Commando, Gumshoe, and Wrecking Crew. Why were so many of the early games military? I thought a lot of the earlier ones were more obscure than the later ones, especially Ninja Gaiden, isn't that a well-known game?

Actually, it (at least) accepts "Ghosts and goblins", which is the form I used since I couldn't remember the correct spelling.

I wrote it "Ghosts n Goblins," and it accepted that. There are clearly some parsing issues with that quiz.

I thought the first question was about the sound byte and typed "Donkey Kong". I would definitely have gotten Excitebike right, so I get 1325 points. Nintendo Noob.

900 points. : ( Two mistakes:
  • I typed "1914" instead of "1942", and
  • "Rad Racing" instead of "Rad Racer".
But the rest I really didn't know. Truly a Here's something interesting. I kept getting Internet Explorer's infamous red X when trying to post the image. When I entered the image URL into the web browser directly, the library computer returned this:

I got 1000 points! :) Some of those games brought back lots of memories like Gyromite! I also thought that ninja gaiden didnt deserve to be in the complicated pile. Long story short, cool quiz!
