This is a 2 players movie of Altered Beast, 28.26 seconds (1696 frames) faster than Dan's 1 player version.
It abuses a programming error so that you only need to see the transformation once per level (normally, you need to see it twice on 2 players). Without this alone, a 2 player run would be about 15 seconds slower (not counting other improvements) compared to a 1 player run, because of having to see both players transform.
Bosses memory addresses (HP):
00FFE365 = 1st, 4th and 5th boss
00FFE3A5 = 2nd boss
00FFE377 = 3rd boss
adelikat: The verdict is "accepted for publication". The movie should have used the hardest difficulty setting by using B+Start at the title screen. An improved movie that does not use this will be rejected. As a result, an "improved" movie will be longer than this submission.

So you're homophobic, scared for potential children viewers (you say we can't claim there aren't; likewise, I doubt there's as many children viewers as you imply), and against 2 player runs despite them legitimately beating 1 player records with the increased effort that goes into making them. Alrighty then, I learn something new everyday it seems.
As for the run, I vote meh. The game was not appealing to me at all, but you made it not a waste of my time.

However, at what point do you draw the line for "immature" or "tasteless" scenes to be depicted in a submitted run? This is a submission as any other. It is faster than the previous movie of this game. It adds so called enterainment in a strange way. Honestly, I do not find this offensive. It just beats a game fast. But, we also accept the opinions of the site administrator.

I would think that the MKII run is way less suitable for children than some harmless, merely implied animal-fucking. I mean, in MKII you can slice a person in half, vertically (and through genetalia, I'm sure). Here all you see is bears humping. Whether it's the player's or the game's fault "explicit" content is displayed is irrelevant; it's still there.
This kept my attention, so yes vote.

Funny, I was just playing this last night and wouldn't you know it...
I found it to be entertaining, to say the least. The animal sex was an interesting choice of action, I didn't like it nor did I hate it. Honestly, this game now has an interesting run but at the same time I can see why others do not want it.

It's nothing a kid can't turn on the National Geographic channel and see. Hell last night I was watching the discovery channel and it was a show about animals that came before humans. And i'll be damned if they didn't show one mount the other in order to inpregnate it. Digital animals mind you. And I know they've shown lions having sex. So...whats the problem? For this, it's IMPLIED, that the bears are having sex. It's just 2d images placed in front of the other.

Yes, it is true, the actions are subtle and probably won't even be noticed by all watchers.
I wouldn't have reacted if the author didn't explicitly indicate it was his intention for the scenes to be interpreted in a certain way.
It is this intention that made me vote "no", and the consequent discussion that made me react. I don't wish it to become a fad that soon all movies have similar scenes and everyone is praising them. Because that reception is immature in my opinion.
