This… is a strange workaround. I think a more sane way to resolve the issue would be putting her into the staff usergroup and opening all features up for it.

That would be the unlazy solution.

Also, a gradient that's just 1 pixel width and is repeated loads a lot faster
But is a lot heavier to display. Better use something wider, such as 16 pixels or whatever.

Pages which contain movies (like Movies-<Console_name>.html pages) often don't load completely, and I need to refresh the page or even clear my cache in some cases so that every movie can be loaded. This problem has been there for a few months (I couldn't tell exactly when) and seem to only occur on Firefox (I've been using the 3.6.x versions). Besides, I've encountered two minor things:
    — In the Deleted Pages, [Deleted Pages / Game Resources / N64 / Kirby 6 4: The Crystal Shards] should be completely deleted, as it doesn't link to anything (because of the ":" for sure) — The FrontPageSubmissionList module was changed a few days ago. When you click on the link of a submission, you are now redirected to 'http://tasvideos.org/Parent_page_of_the page_on_which_the_module_is/####S.html' It's not a problem on the Front Page, as you're redirect to the right submission page ... but if you click on the link of a submission on my personal homepage ( http://tasvideos.org/CriticalFive/Homepage.html ), you're redirected to 'http://tasvideos.org/CriticalFive/####S.html', a page which doesn't exist. But yeah, I know I'm the only one concerned by this issue...

It was a broken link. I fixed it by moving the faulty page to a link which doesn't have the ":" .

And why exactly would that be needed?
Because certain features aren't enabled for users with less than 400 posts, and as a developer, she needs to be able to test these features.
You know there exists a framework that allows to add exceptions for users for exactly purposes like that without having to input and display bogus data.

My nomination for inconsequential typo of the year: On this page: http://tasvideos.org/forum/profile.php?mode=editprofile "Do not use images hosted at Angelfire, Geocities or Imageshack, because those images may suddenly turn into huge "site bandwidth exhausted" error messages, which do not look good as avatars." However, Geocities has been taken down forever, and so it is impossible to host an image there. :)

This was not the forum to mention a screenshot, that should have been mentioned in the thread for that publication.

This error occured when I tried posting a reply - the page loaded for a long time without anything happening, and then I got this error message:
Error in posting

DEBUG MODE

UPDATE users SET user_posts = user_posts + 1 WHERE user_id = 1150

Line : 664
File : functions_post.php

Backtrace:
  includes/functions.php[745]: ErrorPrintBacktrace()
  includes/functions_post.php[664]: message_die(202, string(16) "Error in posting"
, string(0) ""
, 664, {string(61)}, {string(72)})
  posting.php[671]: update_post_stats(string(5) "reply"
, {array[4]}, string(1) "7"
, 10193, 249032, string(4) "1150"
)
I succesfully managed to post the reply a minute later, so I'm not sure what went wrong the first time.

I just wanted to say that on the TAS snapshot page the download link to the TASsnapshot, i.e. this link, is broken.

Url tags don't seem to close in the search results. http://tasvideos.org/forum/search.php?search_author=micro500 Anything after a link in my posts is also linked in the results.

The loop parameter in the youtube module doesn't seem to work anymore. The video start at the right time (the one indicated in the start parameter), but just play straight to the end without taking into account this loop parameter.

Thanks, I'll have to look into these.

The description of recommended movies on the front page appear to have been broken by the addition of streaming video icons (whatever you call the pictures for archive.org, youtube, etc).

Yeah, it's a bit annoying. Since it hasn't been fixed, I'm starting to wonder if it's actually intentional...

Ok, so you mean that in the "Featured movie", there is no description. Yes, that was intentional
