Can anyone help find that blasted sys file "PxHelp20.sys"? I tried look all over the internet but I couldn't find it anywhere, it also mentions on my Device Manage that the file isn't signed. The computer does acknowledge my CD Drive but I cannot read any of my CDs that I use my computer. I think I new a driver but does anyone know wher eI can find drivers for a SAMSUNG SN 124 CD Rom drive?

It occurs to me that it's installed by some programs and it breaks functionality due to a permission conflict on Vista and possibly 7. Some of the threads in that search query suggest deleting the file. If you're looking for Samsung drivers, I suggest starting with Samsung's site.

I find it weird that you even NEED a driver for an optical drive. Windows has included support for that for years. If you know how to uninstall devices in the Device Manager (without breaking anything else), uninstall the optical drive, then reboot windows and let it reinstall itself. That generally fixes most problems of that nature.
