Yes, but Silent_Slayers already pointed that out, and that frame of improvement was already implemented. By looking at the submission text, updated by adelikat, it would seem that the frames of improvement are 2 instead of 1, so it is possible that the latest version of the 0-stars run is even better than the aforementioned video.

"80 -> "73 that certainly is 2 frames in a 30fps game, were they all saved in the BitFS Bowser entry? I haven't been reading that other thread so I didn't know good job at improving 2 frames and not stealing the Jap's glory btw

One was saved in BitFS on the fight entry, the second was on the entry to the attic (2nd keydoor).
