This game is a great candidate for playaround, IMO. If you plain on submitting it here, I think you should make things as funny as possible.
All stages have they time fixed, so there's no point is rushing things. You are allowed to make some mistakes and still get a Superb result. Although they are not necessary to pass the stage, it is more stylish to get them.
In Glee Club and Fan Club, the faces they make when you miss a note is very funny, so I think you should probably show it. However, it could be perceived as sloppy playing, so you have to keep balance with other aspects so we can see it's a superplay. Keeping the rhythm with the cursor and other elements from the game even if not required is one way to do it. There are probably others.
Some playaround with the tutorials could also be good, but I wouldn't abuse it.
