I want to make a co-op playthrough with someone over netplay using Gens ReRecording since it has all those cool TAS movie recording functions. The thing is, I don't really know if Gens RR supports netplay. It doesn't show up in File. But reading through the source changelogs suggests that it does have netplay, and nothing suggests they removed it. Here's what I read that makes me think it has netplay support (notice what it says about netplay): http://code.google.com/p/gens-rerecording/source/detail?r=302 So, any ideas? :\

Since rerecording is not meant for realtime playing, it’s a lot better to use version control systems (SCMs) like git, Mercurial, Subversion and so on, for cooperation on creating tool-assisted runs

Thanks for replying! The thing is, I DO want to make a realtime recording, like I usually do locally with a friend, but this time, with a friend over Netplay. Is there any way I can do this, maybe with a different emulator with the same movie recording features?
