[2427] DS Super Scribblenauts "playaround" by Chef_Stef & Kiwisauce in 1:01:52.63 - definitely the most humorous TAS of 2013 in my opinion. The game's dictionary is vast, and the authors used it very well. Also, I have to give a mention to [2505] GC Super Smash Bros. Melee "Adventure Mode" by numerics in 10:23.48, which was simply a very entertaining playaround (even if it technically wasn't even a playaround).
http://www.youtube.com/Noxxa <dwangoAC> This is a TAS (...). Not suitable for all audiences. May cause undesirable side-effects. May contain emulator abuse. Emulator may be abusive. This product contains glitches known to the state of California to cause egg defects. <Masterjun> I'm just a guy arranging bits in a sequence which could potentially amuse other people looking at these bits <adelikat> In Oregon Trail, I sacrificed my own family to save time. In Star trek, I killed helpless comrades in escape pods to save time. Here, I kill my allies to save time. I think I need help.

I like [2341] GBC Pokémon: Yellow Version "arbitrary code execution" by FractalFusion in 03:14.15 (note: should say in 03:14.15). The amount of Pi references absolutely cracked me up. Length, when it was submitted, etc...

Ah, I have a chance to nominate one movie before someone else mentions it :D So I'll add [2372] PSX Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee "maximum casualties" by Dooty in 40:00.53

[2317] SNES Kaizo Mario World 3 by ISM & Mister in 17:11.23 is unmentioned and has me in tears. [2427] DS Super Scribblenauts "playaround" by Chef_Stef & Kiwisauce in 1:01:52.63 is well-deserving of the title, though it occasionally did things that were unclear.

Amen. In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit (or Holy Ghost whichever you do) Amen.

For me, absolutely the right run won this, mainly because Pokemon Pi was already a strong contender in the glitchy and GB categories (and it won both), and Masterjun will get another chance to win this with his new AGDQ SMW run. And because in my opinion it is the funniest TAS ever made, even above Family Feud.

I agree that the right choice was made here. Out of all the contenders, this one made me laugh the most by far, and was also probably the most geared toward being funny instead of just generally entertaining.
