Can you TAS iPhone games like subway surfers or jet pack joyride?
I’m sorry. Really I am... I am so sorry for what I did. Forgive me.

Do you see emulators for it in the emulator section? http://tasvideos.org/EmulatorResources.html or over at http://tasvideos.org/EmulatorResources/PotentialEmulators.html? If not, it's highly unlikely.
effort on the first draft means less effort on any draft thereafter - some loser

You'd have to do something awful like run an iPhone emulator inside of a virtual machine and use virtual machine's savestates.

Can't we just TAS Tiny Tower? Also the topic of this should be "Can you TAS smartphone games?" or alternately "Can you TAS Android/iPhone games?" It shouldn't be limiting itself to one device especially if it's on multiple smartphones this game. This topic is half derp too... woo.

I highly doubt we'll see a TAS of My Little Pony as that game you need to be connected to the internet to earn hearts. TASing games requiring you being connected to the internet will take a very long time and need to create a gateway that doesn't drop the connection for a timeout..

All these mobile platforms have officially supported emulators, usually used by developers so they don't have to always test using a device. Windows Phone in particular can even emulate accelerometer and multitouch with something similar to a TAS Input :) Obviously none of then have tas tools or are open source (maybe the android one is), but it's not really impossible to run these using hourglass? Additionally, a plausible way to run android games on a PC is to use virtual box (or similar) with the x86 android os.

Actually, TASing wouldn't help that because most of the time, CCS generates levels that aren't possible to beat without the use of microtransaction-purchased power-ups. Candy Crush isn't the only guilty-party though, all of their games (Bubble Witch Saga/etc) and the ripoff games that other companies make do the same.

Actually, TASing would help with that as you'd be able to manipulate transaction-less levels.

Someone was talking about using Test Frameworks to do tool-assistance on Android emulators, but it's not a good idea.... or become stale. Thread #14648: using test frameworks to TAS Android games? Looks like, the only thing we need is implement all important TAS tools. Who can? n_n

Let's hope that Hourglass-Resurrection will change our unTASable Virtual Box and we'll TAS any game we want :-)
TASing is like making a film: only the best takes are shown in the final movie.
