When playing some MegaDrive/Genesis games, the window resizes itself during gameplay, some screens like the Sega logo appear full size, then some title screens and game meus appear squashed, then it returns to normal for the gameplay itself. Is there an option to turn off automatic resizing? I've looked and changed lots of different display options but nothing seems to be working. Many thanks :)

there is no such option for genesis.

That's a shame. Is there anything I can do or a different display setting I can try to lessen this effect?

use revision after https://github.com/TASVideos/BizHawk/commit/de85a6fdefd350be553b5e8caff5e85a07a2d5bf and: 1. enable genesis > settings > pad screen to 320 -OR- 2. uncheck config > display > stretch pixels by integers only
