Yes, that is him, sorry for the confusion! Do you have everyone else?
Yes; I also updated the sign-ups list featuring links to forum profiles.

Our team name has been decided. We're going with, "We'll Hex the Name in Later". (We'll hex a logo in later too. Maybe.)

Hi players. I know most of you are having a hard time trying to beat the game by playing it casually. I wanted to tell you that during the analyzing part, you may use code cheating (aka game hacking) to make it simpler to explore the game. I'm not going to explain you how to do this, but know that Google is your friend and BizHawk has all of the most common emulator tools. Good luck. Edit: you may ask me for help with TAStudio. I know much about how to use it, and I even found some ways to workaround crashes.

LOL. If it was a Sonic game and there was a team with marzojr (for some expert knowledge) + Aglar, Tee-N-Tee and Zurggriff (for like a boss optimization), there would be no sense in actually playing at all ^^

None of those you named entered though (bar Aglar), so even if it was a Sonic game it wouldn't have mattered a bit :P

I honestly don't know what's worse, the unlicensed chinese game or that garbage Bizhawk emulator.

What problems are you having with BizHawk, pirate_sephiroth?

I guess impossibility to run it on anything but Windows (while there are tons other OSes in today’s world).

I could not get TAStudio to work properly. It was very unstable, showing frequent error pop ups and crashing the emulator. Today I switched to the latest dev build and it seems better. I was able to use TAStudio without big issues. The only problem I had was with the conversion from bk2 to tasproj. Every time we launch TAStudio while a bk2 movie is running, it is converted but it still starts a new movie. The solution seems to be to close TAStudio immediatly after confirming it (maybe the emulator too? I'm not sure), then launch it again and open the converted tasproj. Also what's the deal with the CPU usage? Even without any rom loaded it still uses more CPU than Firefox on a simple page, like discordapp.com

I can't speak to the rest of your message, because I don't have answers for you. As to this, the way I've found to convert bk2s to tasproj, even in the official build, is to first open TAStudio, and then open the .bk2 in that. That will convert the file (for me) without issue, and let me keep working where my teammates left off.

Try to do this: open TAStudio > File > Open > File type > All files > *your .bk2 file* Works just fine for me with 1.11.9.1 Edit: Invariel 20 seconds faster :O thankfully my life is not a TASing contest. :)

If I try to convert like that, TAStudio breaks the movie once I modify anything. All the input vanishes and if I try to open the file again it resumes from where I saved the last branch even though I didn't check the auto-restore box or even save the modified file. The only way I can use it properly is like I said, open the bk2 in Bizhawk, launch TAStudio, confirm the conversion and close it, then launch TAStudio again and finally open the converted file.

You might want to try the latest dev build. I was having this same problem but feos fixed it.

Pretty good. This game would have had pretty good music if they hadn't used that shitty GBC audio (and GBC everything else). I keep the emulator mute all the time anyway. By the way this game sure isn't the easiest to optimize.

And on the other hand, it doesn't have annoyng stuff like lag and subpixels. By the way, I found an original drawing on Deviantart: http://www.deviantart.com/art/Villainous-breakdown-135595738

It doesn't have subpixels, yeah, but lag is an occasional issue in some stages.
