  • I used warp zones to warp from World 1-2 to World 4 and World 4-2 and World 8. World 1-2's warp zone is pretty easy to access, but World 4-2's warp zone requires a swag trick.
  • My aim is to beat the game as fast as I can, using any glitch possible.
  • I used various glitches to access the warp zones in Worlds 1-2 and 4-2.

Samsara: Claiming for judging.
Everything I said in your other submission applies here as well, so for the sake of brevity I won't repeat myself here.

I appreciate seeing TASes of SMB1 ROM hacks, and I understand that this is the first TAS that you have submitted to TASVideos. But unfortunately, for either case, this hack will not seem to cut it. The hack does not appeal to me much; most levels contain minor edits, mostly scenery changes. Perhaps World 1-1 and World 4 are a bit above minor, but I doubt that it would help otherwise. Alongside the lack of uniqueness in the hack, your movement is suboptimal in many places. I also got bored quickly; the least you could work on is showing a little enthusiasm while on your run because, unfortunately, I did not find any point of entertainment throughout. These are some of the issues I have pointed out, but please do not let them discourage you. For now, consider this comment in the future and work on your TAS enough to be optimal, entertaining, and with enough quality for publication. For now, I will be voting No on entertainment.

The site rules clearly prohibit links to ROMs, so I guess the only advice I can tell you is [Mod edit: listing the name of the site you can find roms is still referencing places you can get roms and still against the rules, don't do that.]

Here's an IPS patch of the ROM hack. Patch on an unmodified (JU) ROM.

Hi. I downloaded the rom and played the TAS back. I must point out, though, that world 1 is not optimized; I managed to save some time over this TAS. After 4-1, I will post my findings.
