Hello, I am new to BizHawk. I owned a physical copy of - Croc: Legend of the Gobbos - on the PlayStation 1. Recently I came across Retro Achievements and then BizHawk. I signed got a Croc ROM online, I got PlayStation 1 BIOS files online. The game works! Sadly though, my Achievements aren't. :( I went Tools > RetroAchievements... I am signed in. Have options ticked -Enable Achievements -Auto Start, etc. Why is this not working for me?

Go to RetroAchievements -> View Game Info and what does it show when you have the game loaded up.
