Hey MQ5PIVER,
I'd like to make it clear that according to the others that have commented before me, your movie appears to be playing in a suboptimal manner (meaning not in the fastest methods possible), and that your goal is very unclear.
FIRST.
Your submitted goal is "die", yet (according to
Emil_Borg) you chose to get all Star Coins in World 1-1 (akin to a 100% run), then touch a Goomba in World 1-2.
If the goal was to actually lose a life as fast as possible, it would very much be possible to simply touch the first Goomba in World 1-1; even faster to just enter the level and stop input from here.
If the goal was to get a game over, you'd have to repeat the above actions four more times.
Either way, both goals are arbitrary and cannot deem any potential runs with those goals in mind to be publishable.
SECOND.
Your run seems to be sloppy and suboptimal according to the comments I've read for this submission. I don't have much knowledge in
New Super Mario Bros., but I
can tell you that it definitely needs improvements.
While in the submission menu it mentions that the emulator used is "2021", I can see that you used
BizHawk after downloading the ZIP and extracting it (according to the file that was in the ZIP file). You'll want to spend more time making use of its emulator tools, including savestates, rewinds, frame-by-frame advances, and especially TAStudio.
Also, I'd like for you to make a note on
these two movies of this game, take a look at them; notice the tricks they use and the optimal movements they make. You could learn a thing or two.
And if this game isn't for you, there's plenty more to choose from. Just make sure your run (whatever game it may be of) is optimized to its fullest.
THIRD, and this is really a minor thing (just for me anyway).
Your submission text is the default dummy text, and I believe that has been left unchanged for many years, if not since the site was first founded. This dummy text is supposed to form a start for what you wanna say about your run, the game, the stages/levels/world, and any potential tricks or glitches you perform. But honestly, just leaving it blank, with dummy text, and/or with little to no information about the run doesn't leave a good impression; viewers can have trouble understanding what your run is about.
Myself, I like to read about the run that I'm viewing and, if there is a video of the run available, watch it.
Concerning your location (Yes, I took a peek at your profile), I feel that English isn't your first language. You are perfectly fine to express your opinions in whatever language you prefer, but in either case, you'll want to ask questions and get feedback on your future efforts.
Right now, however, after all that I've said, I don't think this run has potential, sorry. (Not voting.)
