Small improvement to Karate Champ, uses 0 initial RAM state for console verification, which also changes RNG.

CoolHandMike: This submission is a small improvement of some frames to an existing publication, and I also found a small improvement. Posting a userfile in the discussion thread for another judge to take this one over (and maybe they in turn will find another improvement...).

eien86: A nice improvement that comes as a result of a different emulator initialization to help console verification. The comparison movie I created shows the first fight ends up slower, but the rest of the movie more than compensates for that to end up with a net save.

Looks like a small improvement, but what was improved? The submission description is rather barebones here. Is there a time stamp for improvement(s)?

There's nothing in particular to point to. The entire run consists of manipulating points as fast as possible. This one is faster overall, but individual sections may be faster / slower.
