CoolHandMike: Claiming for judging.
CoolHandMike: At Tasvideos submissions can only be accepted for publication if they are well optimized. They also need to be faster than existing publications and submissions, and this fails to do that since [6634] Genesis Sonic Boom by WST & got4n in 03:03.99 is faster. In the future when starting a tas make sure to do a search. Don't be discouraged though, on the forum and discord there are lots of tasers that can give tasing advice and all you would need to do is ask.
Rejecting due to Optimization and not beating the existing publication.

Nice game to make a TAS for! Unfortunately, it's a minute and a half slower than the existing TAS by WST and got4n. We cannot accept suboptimal movies. For that reason, I have to give this a no vote.

So due to the lack of description and no encode, I have to ask a question. Is this supposed to be a glitchless run or something? It'd be nice to have some helpful submission notes since otherwise a judge might be more likely to reject due to missing key information that was never told to them by the author.
