fireballs and throws are weaker in this version there's a glitch where the enemy can get hit but avoid getting knocked down if the other hits were blockable, which changes the strategy a lot for genesis version!
andy is chosen for great hitboxes basically, his special move is extremely fast with the glitch abuse, but not all enemies are abusable, otherwise the normal attacks are best
some enemies have powerup states which are unavoidable some enemies were cut from arcade version to save memory space in the cartridge, however the main characters fight each other in this game
mechanics are very different from arcade, not only damage but moves behavior in terms of frame data, collision and properties plays on hardest settings

nymx: Claiming for judging.
nymx: I've been sitting on this TAS for a while. Why? I wasn't sure of the optimization choices. I've seen so many fighting games that I started to let other versions bleed into my judgement here. The thing is...your run seems to be destroying each opponent easily. Your time is better than other runs that are on easier modes...which says a lot. I wanted to comment on some tactics that I saw, but after seeing comparison videos (little to find though), I can't really say that this run isn't leaps and bounds over human effort. So...it is a very good run.
