I'm making a TAS, but every time I power the GBA, it says the health warning thing. How do I skip it?

It's built into specific officially licensed games (so homebrew like Coin Fall doesn't have it), so you can't skip it before it lets you. Like the Wii's wrist strap warning screen, it's part of a health notice they expect you to read before continuing. Just annoying when your goal is speed.

I've seen pellet's warioware twisted TAS, and for some reason he skips it??? I want to get a faster run, but I need to know how to skip that first...

Looks like they have to wait ~2 seconds until it lets them, then press A. You can see this the same way I did, by downloading their input and either playing it back, or unzipping the bk2 itself and reading Input Log.txt in a text editor. That's the nice thing about input files, anyone with their own copy of the game and emulator can play it back and learn from it.
