Kewl, I'm also developing a computer game with my friend, and I'm in charge of the 3d graphics as well. What program do you use? I use 3D Studio Max. EDIT: friends (I have more than one :D)

I play Soldat in a finnish clan and Mega Man games very much. I also played MTG with my friends but it got too expensive for me and I sold my deck. When I'm not playing videogames, I'm playing pool or table tennis with my friends or watching TV series.

Student in a small college in mid-denmark, currently involved in Philosophy, Maths and physics. I'll be graduating this summer, and then it'll be a year of working before going off to the university. Not sure what to study, though I'm contemplating combining philosophy & math. I currently (at least when summer comes) work in a well-known amusement park nearby, selling food items to visitors. Spare time, I do textures for PVKII and try to get involved in whatever musical set-ups I can, playing saxophone and different flutes.

LOL Don't hold your breath on this :) Once I find some place to host more files, I'll link to a few more songs I've done if you're interested (or anyone else, for that matter).

Here's some old homemade bass recording: http://www.freewebs.com/aqfaq/aqfaq-plays-some-bass.mp3 I used to play bass in various small bands, but lost interest in that a while ago. Nowadays a girlfiend eats a lot of my free time. Currently I'm reading a book called Matter & Consciousness. That's school stuff. I have no TV.

JXQ: I just downloaded your song, and I mean crap. That was some good stuff, seriously. I usually don't like rap, but that song was really good. Keep it up... Is there any way to get my hands on some of your other songs?

I: * am studying my last year for a masters degree in engineering at the uni * used to study all the freaking time * used to write a popular online diary * used to do martial arts * used to play and compose music * used to do a lot of things really but * now mostly rot in front of my computer * could really use a new hobby * like bullet lists Since we're plugging our music, here's two pieces I and my brother made somewhere in 96-97. Bullberrybush - Destructive Pronomina - some kind of techno by me and my bro Truncated - Powerplant (One must fall cover) - cover from the fighter OMF2097. It's supposed to fade out, but whatever. (WTF is up with the url function?) A bit more recent: me and two friends, I'm the one on electric mandolin (yeah, really): Theurgy - Prologue Theurgy - Degeneration (Interlogue) The sound quality is crap, but you get the idea. Good topic, by the way.

What a coincidence. I mainly just rot in front of my computer, too. Of course, that's when college isn't keeping me busy. Damn Calc II at 8 in the morning...

Please do. I think I've listened to "As I Write" about 20 times already.

JXQ, I don't usually listen to rap as a rule. But that was awesome.

OE, thank you! My page is up, the music page is here: http://www.skuzz.com/jxq/music.html (thanks to Skuzz for the hosting) Quick notes: I tried to select a diverse group of songs, so hopefully everyone has a good chance of liking at least one song if they feel like listening. Assume EXPLICIT LYRICS on all songs. I think they all swear somewhere at least once. Hmm...and if you find the song title "You's A Hoe" offensive, then you probably shouldn't listen to that song, as it will offend you much more than the title. (However, the beat is off the hook so you may want to listen anyway) Hope you all like what you hear! If anyone has any comments about anything, feel free to post / ask questions or PM me if you want (I feel like I have unintentionally hijacked this thread...sorry!)

Wow JXQ this songs sound really professional, respect! My favourite of them is "As I write" 'cause I like the rhythm, the background sound effects and this song is pretty cool and chilling. I know exactly that writing the lyrics and the beat proper to them is hard work because my cousin also makes such rap-songs in his free time. You have talent man. :-)

I snowboard as much as I can. I go to school, I like frisbee/football. That's about it.

Thanks JXQ. This is great stuff. Everyone else: Make sure to pay close attention to the sound effects and lyrics in "High Score" :)

Saturn: Thanks man! I try to get as professional of a sound as I can so that is has a chance of being taken a little more seriously than it otherwise might be. Todd: Not a problem. Glad you caught High Score, I figured that members of this site would get a kick out of it (although personally it's not one of my favorites). I have a few other video game lines strewn throughout my songs, they always seem to creep in. One of the songs also samples a piece of music from a popular SNES game with awesome music... FODA: Yeah, I forgot to reply though (but I have now), thanks!
