I've made a very important discovery if anyone chooses to do the bottle adventure. The Ganon glitch can be replicated with a hyper boost so there is no need for the hammer, but you need to use 10 bombs/bomchus to remove an Iron Knuckles armor.
Okay, here's the movie of the completed child portion (213 MiB). For some reason, the audio lags behind the video as the movie progresses :(. I have no idea why this happens, but I'll hopefully find out by the time of the final movie.

I understand your feelings. A few times you'll swear you got it perfect but just didn't get the right explosive upwards boost. The only thing about it is that a causal gamer or someone who hasn't tried it at great length won't appreaciate it very much. Once Shadow is complete the game should become reasonably straightforward.

Here is my .m64 and a save state to show what I have done in the Graveyard. My Dampe race was 49 seconds (game time).
After I equip the shield and hookshot, I get ready for the poe boost. If you guys would like to try this one of a kind trick, go for it!

GOOD FUDGIN LUCK on this.

I don't know how times <45 can be achived legally. I know there is the warp song trick that can give time of 0 secs, but it takes 4-5 mins to do in real time. The best I've done during an actual run is 54 secs. I can't remeber my record since I'm not a fan of the Dampe race minigame.
I manually timed the raw playing time for my timing I
Started when Guano gains control of Link in his house
Stopped the intant the death animation occurs after Spirit
Started again when control was regained in Links house
Stopped when master sword sequence was activated
My overall timing was 1:14:30, which is roughly what could probally be achieved by a speedster whose trying to activate the sword sequence as early as possible without bomchu's or getting SG's.
What did everyone else get. Although its not clearly defined when Link becomes an Adult I clearly feel that the master sword sequence is easier to time and is when you last have control of YL.

someone please upload the avi to rapidshare, I get 20Kb/s in Mega Upload
=(
EDIT: After a long long time, the download finished.
My comments:
1. Really good run. Every bombchu throw is nice. The jump at Jabu Jabu was really nice, and Dodongo was extremely fast! =O
2. Dunno why, but sometimes when you are going from one place to another it just doesn't seem TASed, there are some corrections here and there and sometimes you walk "Z+diagonal".
3. Is the Sound desynching for you too or it's just here? In the end it was about a 3 second delay between the video and the audio.
Tool-assisted speedruns are, by convention, timed from the first input to the last input. The last input in the child segment is pressing the A button to pull the Master Sword. That input occurred on frame #282,685, which converts to 1 hour, 18 minutes, and 31 5/12 seconds in real-time.
Console runs, on the other hand, are often timed with considerations to gameplay. For example, SDA and Twin Galaxies time OoT runs up to the final blow to Ganon, whereas the TAS won't officially end until the trailing dialogue has concluded. Of course, when comparing the two types of runs, you'd want to keep the timing consistent.
IMPORTANT: All "corrections" and other input for the TAS should be added to this list.

The sound desync is an annoyance, but at least I could watch it in real time (even 2x and 4x speed!) with no issues this time! :)
