Hey, I see that my TAS was not taken the way I was hoping it would be, and just wanted to share my side of things. Firstly, my TAS in no way was meant to make a joke out of certain crimes. I can see how it was taken that way, but that was not my intent. The reason I had chosen to do this for the ending change was because if you didn’t know, when using ACE you can’t add your own graphics for background or sprites, meaning the only sprites for the princess I had to work with were standing, and crying. So I really only had the crying sprite to use. So I just tried to have it “make sense” to be using. Secondly, I mentioned in the write up that I had used Lord Tom’s setup. I have made my own setups, but they weren’t nearly as fast. I knew the whole point of this TAS was the ACE part, so I didn’t want to spend any unnecessary time on parts that had nothing to do with the point of the TAS. I had no intentions of passing off their work as my own, If I had, I would have never included credits to begin with. I would just like to apologize to anyone who may have been affected by this TAS. I would just like you to know I did not intend for it to be taken that way. I will try to refrain from doing these types of TASes from now on, as I see now how they are frowned upon. Thank you.
