NitroGenesis, I'll assist you when you're on IRC, I should be able to adapt my HD encoding script for SD.

Dear Flygon, don't you mean how?
Dear DarkKobold, how much of your monthly budget is dedicated to petrol? Because 95% of mine is dedicated to petrol.
I always knew you were full of gas!
Since this has degraded into fart jokes, someone should just mention Hitler now to get it over with. Oops.
You called?

I stopped caring about how people perceive me when I realized that, in the end, it just doesn't matter. As long as no one is harmed at the end of the day, life goes on, and the birds keep chirping.

No, because thanks to that question, it's obvious now. Thanks A-hole.

Oh, uh, one quick last other question... do you (meaning anyone) know how to get the IPX protocol working in Windows 7 64-bit? Google is totally useless for this question.

DarkKobold, why are you refusing to accept how cute, blue, and fluffy you are?

Hahaha, wow, that encode is so old! It was when I was still using MEncoder! Nahoc, your video is, by far, so much better!

I figure I may as well see what people ask me. I'll answer to the best of my ability. I anticipate this topic getting locked because people will ask me the worst questions possible, but if it happens, it happens. Yes, I'm ripping off Brushy.

sirstarmagic, everyone here is a bit concerned that the run isn't up to scratch. The reason nobody is voting Yes is because the run genuinely doesn't improve on the previous SUper Mario Bros. runs. While I haven't had a good history of published TAS's myself, I do recommend reading the sites various guides, and perhaps even mingling with the community a bit more. And with this comes a question, how willing would you be to use the sites IRC channel? The channel will give you live discussion with some of the sites most active (and mentally destructive) members.

Are we talking about the emulator glitching here? Or the game? If it's the game, it is possibly a good thing.

Effectively turning it into a DS?
You do realize that the DS will be succeeded by the 3DS in the near future, right? I give the DS 3 years until it's completely phased out.

I've been around here for about a month, but even I can tell that encoding is much more convoluted than it has to be.
Would you believe me if I said it was even worse before Aktan came along?

Or we could hack apart the game that needs TASing to find the codes needed to unlock the game. What better way to pirate something then to feed it the code it very much asks.

Well, I'm baffled. Why aren't people posting about how lavish this script is? Because it's lavish!

X2poet, I think you've taken this way out of proportion here. Just because it's considered doesn't mean it will be accepted. It just means that it'll be thought over on a case-by-case basis. I am aware I'm not a staff member anymore, but this fact is obvious enough to make it necessary be known, and I am certain that this is how it will operate in the foreseeable future, assuming I understand DarkKobold right.

Your avatar is the exact same as one of my former close friends MSN icons. cbell and I had a falling out when Yggdrasil Online died.
