That is the most subjective qualification lol.

The snowmobile section was great. Now, it seems there does not appear to be a written definition for glitchless, not even in the RTA community's leaderboards. It would be appreciated if the kinds of glitches avoided were listed somewhere.

You should probably talk to the OOT randomizer community as this would be a problem they would likely know how to fix and not the bizhawk devs forum.

Note that in the submission instructions it is recommended to list a checksum of your ISO. While I still managed to sync it, it would be appreciated in the future if you remember to do so.

Do you have a youtube encode for this? Would you like someone else to make one for you?

If additional levels are to be added, it would probably be best to cancel this submission and submit a new one.

If there are minimal routing differences in that regard a TAS that visits all the doors would be able to obsolete one that merely goes through those which are required.

A TAS can be timed independently on TASVideos from how the author times it in their youtube encode.

I must admit that I didn't understand that explanation. I would appreciate some elaboration.
Our timing: Starts at 0:00 in the encode and lasts until last input RTA Timing: Starts at 0:30 in the encode and ends when the ball goes into the final hole There was some additional menuing that would cost time under our timing method but not RTA timing.

Wii Sports Resort has the original courses in addition to 9 new ones, however it requires Wii Motion Plus which is currently not able to be TASed.

I'll replace the file in the submission once I am provided a new one, no real point in updating it now when there are known improvements.

Question was this accepted as a new branch or as an improvement to the existing branch. Personally I lean towards the former but I'd like to see this clarified.

One thing that I'm thinking here is that this is using timing that's perhaps not supported by the rules (in general timing should start from console startup). Would this require an exception to be accepted?
None of the other Wii tases on the site start time from console start up, if that’s what you mean.
The point is that we start timing from start of recording input and that by entering and exiting the game twice you waste time that would be accounted for in our timing method but not one that starts upon choosing "9 Hole".

To be fair, we have S+Q and No S+Q variations of the category, both varieties present different challenges. S+Q can make dungeons harder due to not starting each segment with full health, but you have less overworld movement. NoS+Q has more overworld movement but you get the heart refill to start each segment. It's just that No S+Q is more popular due to a decision around which category to make the weekly race years ago.
Totally fair, I have not paid close attention to ALTTP categories so I would not be shocked if some things have changed since.

I'll be honest, I kinda like this definition. Lower level upgrades have the potential to be locked out entirely to casual playthroughs and getting to the dark world and getting Tempered Sword (Level 3) without Master Sword is actually really cool! In the precedential case of Zelda NES, there was actually little controversy over skipping to the highest level upgrade once it was explained how they work. On other potential collectibles, the ammo capacities I feel would simply drain more entertainment than they would add satisfied viewers for doing "everything". Hard to say on maps, compasses, and big keys but they could potentially slow down the pace too much and I'm not exactly sure how they even behave when the underworld map is so heavily abused like it is in this TAS. I do poke fun of some of the ALTTP community's category names (saving + quitting being banned in "No Major Glitches" is undeniably amusing), but I don't see this particular definition as a problem. Entertainment is the keystone of TASVideos and I believe this definition should satisfy most viewers when it comes to fullness yet allows enough breathing room for entertainment. Should the branch label be 100%? Should it be something along the lines of "Maximum Inventory"? Maybe, maybe not. I think it is a satisfying run as it is however, and my particular explanation should be sufficient to explain the definition in about two lines.

2. Here is an accepted submission for Zelda 1 "All Items" - http://tasvideos.org/2508M.html - This submission skips the blue ring as well as the level 2 sword. However, it was accepted as 100% completion. Can we please hold fmp and Yuzuhara's excellent work to this same standard?
Nice job finding that precedent we missed, we'll have to examine that.

If the semantics of the community-decided goal are really going to be a problem, just call it a playaround like 2021M.
A playaround is something else entirely and this does not fit under that label. Does my definition work however?

The problem is, we can't simply say "full inventory", "all upgrades", "all inventory upgrades". This movie is not about getting all of any of those. It is only about reaching their max level. And only for ones that the game can always show you. Does anyone have any feeling or thoughts in that regard?
This is not entirely accurate as the Pendants are required in the goal but cannot be specifically checked after a certain point in the game. I think a definition that simplifies things slightly is fully upgrading each unique item that can show up in inventory (as defined above) regardless of the player's current location.
