Julius mode in Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow was fairly hotly contested this year. Yes, although I won't change around team numbers anymore. Team 2 does indeed now have the highest total point count. I've been getting some messages from a few teams that one of their members is inactive, not doing much, disinterested or otherwise unproductive. I guess it's time to address this now in public. While I would hope that each team can stick together to finish their project, it clearly is not always possible or realistic. And to keep the competition fair for teams that are disadvantaged this way, I've set up a policy for replacing team members. I've already communicated this to the teams that were involved so far, but to make it official now, it is as follows:

Team members who are concerned about the (lack of) productivity of a teammate can send me a message (forum PM or IRC private message) about the problems they have with the team member in question.
I will try to communicate with the problematic team member in question and see how they feel about their activity or the team situation. Depending on how this goes, I may approve of making an official team change.
While I do the above, the remaining team members can find a replacement teammate. If they have found a replacement, both remaining original team members as well as the replacement need to message me to confirm the team swap. Then, depending on whether or not I approve in step 2, I will make the team change official.

That said, I'm hoping I won't need to execute this policy any more than I already need(ed) to.

0 is identified in the database as "Unknown rerecord count". 1 isn't, which skews the movie statistics (and some people would quite favor the movie statistics to be accurate). And as Spikestuff said, the rerecord count used to be 0, so 1 is inaccurate as well.

WonderSwan TASing has existed for quite a while, even before BizHawk added it about half a year back. It's just that nobody has decided to run this. While it's Mega Man, it's not exactly a popular title.

I notice on occasion that publishers reencode their movies because there was some mistake. That in itself is fine, mistakes happen and if they're there obviously they have to be corrected, but when replacing YouTube links to TASVideosChannel, the previous video remains up on the channel. This can lead to there being quite a bit of redundancy. On one occasion I literally had to send a list of over a dozen videos to Nach of redundant encodes over the course of a few weeks. Over a third of the default "latest uploads" feed consisted of duplicate movies. This is a big mess when you're trying to browse the latest TAS videos on the YouTube channel or even just checking the subscriber feed on occasion. So I'd like to point out to encoders/publishers this page: Wiki: SystemTVCControl On it, encoders can modify the YouTube encodes on TVC they have encoded. There is no delete option (yet), but there is an option to edit and unlist your movies. So I'd like to say, please, as the title says, for the sake of organization and cleanliness, if you replace a YouTube encode, remove the original from (public view of) TASVideosChannel.
