isn't it why his PC reports as a media player ? because it is a media center, hence based around WMP ?

are the peripherals pal/ntsc compatible ? could we poor europeans order the US pack and play with it on our pal consoles ? (yeah I know the games are region-locked, but I'm asking about the rest) Kyrsimys : buy a bluetooth dongle and play frets of fire.

every TAS emulator ought to have those functionalities : - branch editor, to sort your savestates in a 2D order (branches & time) - input editor, where every new input in the past would create a new branch in the previous window some pictures (hey Highness & Jyzero) show some examples : from http://tasvideos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=38496#38496 from http://tasvideos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=37006#37006 that would prevent any use of the manual load/save state operations.

the character's slowdown were a bit annoying. to avoid this, you used a back-and-forth running technique to keep momentum, I was wondering if that trick was usable more extensively ? though, it was fast and entertaining. will probably vote yes.

break it into multiple pages, just like any topic in a forum. provide the usual dictionnary shortcuts (# et A-Z), and a combobox to select the number of results by page (1, 10, all, etc.). create a page for a simple bullet list with every link in text format, to help people have a faster access to movies, without having to scroll through kilometers of details on a single page.

there are many game libraries, such as allegro. the "easy" way to make and share a small game would be Flash, as there are many tutorials available for game development.

yes, he can be seen jumping on walls at approximately 7500 frames in the movie. I can't tell if the run is optimized, but it was entertaining. though, I have a question : against some bosses, there's a decount of points for both remaining time and hp after the fight, would not has it been faster to take more hits to waste less time ? staying in contact with the boss = less time wasted evading his attacks and less time wasted waiting for the hp decount ? and more risks = more entertainement...

ffdshow to encode ? 0.o local encoders use stuff like mencoder and h264, two passes over the raw dumped from any emulator. can't remember into which format though, oughta check the faqs I guess.

tried and got the same problem with xoom. my solution : use a download manager, that can retry/resume, it will find the total size of the file better too. works with BitComet http's download feature. just pick yours. hope this helps.

I am open to suggestions for entertaining things to do at the boss fight, as at least one person has complained about the wobbling.
great work so far. you could improve the boss part by cheating death a lot more, like following the ball at the closest possible distance, and escaping the ball right before the bottom. that is what that was supposed to be the trap there, a normal player would "struggle" to jump the slope upwards, why not showing how easily it could be done tool-assisted ?

if you've never played the game, it looks slow and like the character is taking too much damage, but truth is it's a very hard game played like it was easy. voting yes.

had to create this topic, since I believe this game is the zelda (1) equivalent to the sms. the game is quite linear : it's divided into several levels and you seldom have to backtrack ; besides, you must collect a lot of money to buy bibles and become able to buy the gems. hopefully, there is a lot of action, especially the pre-boss scrollers. I don't have enough time to take this task up, and I know that the sms fandom is very limited on tasvideos, but would any of you try to tas this game ? I'd be an avid watcher. a run of the first part of the game.
