Woah. Nice improvements. Its a shame that i'll have to redo everything. Hopefully, the bosses can still be hexed in. Also, About grabbing. Its nice that it saves time, but im afraid that it might make the run more boring with the constant grabbing sound. I'd like more feedback from users on this. Otherwise, great job!

Im now officially halfway done with Puggsy! Amazing Im now 6233 frames ahead. Its amazing how the climb trick Aqfaq discovered could completely decimate stages. XD

So, Me & ElectroSpector were working on this a while back, and we made it to the 5th world. Everything before 4-2 was redone by ElectroSpector except for 2 boss fights. I did 4-2 & 4-3. Unfinished WIP I might continue this again after im done with other stuff.

Cool! I look foward to the run. I thought the published run was very entertaining as it was. Cant wait to see the insanity you do.

Progress I finished Badger Mill, and came out with 5130 frames saved now. I'm still looking for a co-author also willing to TAS this. Like I said its very hard and I probably missed some optimizations a while back.

Thanks Highness! The trick only saves about 8 seconds. However, that was just enough to make me 1 minute ahead. Anyways: Progress 4778 frames saved now. I really hope I could find a co-author on this soon. The physics are very hard to optimize with only me. :(

Theres not any real point anymore since all real names have been deleted in publications by someone. I have yet to figure out who or why they would do that.
Not all of them. Mine are fine.
No they arent. Theyve been changed too.

Im gonna have to agree with the crowd here. While it is impressive, unless there are large sequence breaks, I dont think watching basically 40 minutes of pausing isnt worth it. It should be labeled as a speed/entertainment tradeoff.

Aqfaq, Thanks to your wall climbing trick, I was able to save tremendous time off of Equinox's run. Amazing. Also, Heres an encode of the current WIP for viewing pleasure: Link to video As of now im currently 3787 frames ahead of Equinox's fastest run.

The previous single player movie that was obsoleted by the multiplayer run beats you by nearly 3 minutes. http://tasvideos.org/133M.html Also isn't TAS's meant to be played at the hardest difficulty as a rule of thumb except for extreme circumstances? I will need to wait for an encode (if this actually gets there) before I can vote.
That was played on normal. Also, I thought you said this run was going to be a personal achievement. I didnt expect you to submit it.

Some authors upload dumps. Those are fine for deciding whether you want to vote for it or not. HD and SD encodes only become relevant when they are set for publication; in fact, I think we'd have less issues if author's uploaded their dumps and encoders only worked on the ones that are ready for publication. I mean, I literally see claims minutes after a movie's been submitted. That's just silly.
I'd agree if authors have their own dump prepared, there is no reason to rush to have an encode. However, an author with their own encode is a rarity, not the majority. Most authors can't do their own encodes. If a movie is encoded right away, that is a good thing.
OK, then here's an idea: how about we make it policy for encoders that they only work on published runs, and another class of user can just upload dumps? I mean, if the author of the run knows how to produce a high quality HD encode, that's their right, but having us do this kind of work for them is a privilege that should be earned by creating a TAS worth publishing.
This isnt a buisness & encoding work isnt the focus of TASVideos at all. So trying to forcefully split people into seperate jobs to maintain this isnt going to do much in the main run since this might cause people to stop encoding in general.

Nice WIP Diman! It looks nice that you didnt have to jump over the spike. I remember working on this a while back but I think I deleted my WIP. Oh well. Still, I'll be happy to give you guys feedback on any levels. :)
