For what it's worth, the input frame part of the run was interesting. If you've ever played this game, you'd know doing it that fast and precise, without gaps between your buildings, is without a doubt, impossible for a human. Honestly though, 500,000 would seem like a better goal, since that is a metro, though I'm guessing you wanted the "You're a great mayor" screen. Either way would really be described as "winning", sans credits. Big difference: 500K: 28 mins 600K: 47 mins Though, I do like how you do the money glitch compared to RTA runs :) ... I'll vote yes, what the hay :P
RTA takes 33:13 to get 500k so I'll give it a yes. Also 600k looks like the true ending. Yes as in for the Vault.

Please tell me that the eventual TAS will go for realtime instead of in-game time. It would possibly be faster to collect the golden/platinum relics right away instead of getting the running ability anyway. And I simply think going for in-game time is a lot "messier" overall.
The 105% tas will be going for realtime and not ingame time as showing off these types of tricks take time to set up. Just running and grabbing the clock is simple enough, than using the bazooka to shoot it.

It's a setup for a glitch. It seems like if you activate a TNT and then reset the level right as it destroys a time box, that box will count immediately when you pick up the clock, even though the box is still there for later.
AKA restart's glitch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_49zv5aA2U Question: is there any way to download videos from nicovideo? I don't really like using Adobe's FLash Player.
I have created YouTube versions to watch there. So you could download it there...

Meshuggah I want to say your older tas for Battletoads since it was more crazier. 2157M - Crazy Spaz and Game over glitch Since obsoleted TASes have been mentioned too.

Encoders: override_screenshot (NO) Can you explain it from: "Screenshots normally must be smaller than 45000 bytes and match the *normal resolution(s) for a system; with this permission those checks are ignored." Because editing_moviefiles says: "Movie files include the video file torrent, any mirror/streaming links, and the screenshot." *Encoders do know how to do this too.

Link to video Warp Room 3 No Level 12 since it's an underwater level and psxjin has issues with the layering.

Sign of respect the oldest runs that have not yet been obsoleted should be shown. Oldest to Youngest: - Umihara Kawase - The Combatribes - Flashback Also I wish I could find it now but I cannot, find bisqwit's logo (used in the last one) for the display of this is a tool-assisted. Edit: Derp it's bisqwit's not adelikat's my bad. Got rid of other random idea.

Don't say: "why not" antd. Seriously why did you make a HD encode when a normal one is fine... especially for a submission?

Just thinking would PS Rayman 2 (for a tas) create a different category to the n64 version due to level shrinkages and changes? Like Resident Evil only difference is one was console and the other handheld (I don't know about major differences)
