Saved 34 frames over the current pub in Monkey Cage (where you have to tranquilize the security) by adding some damage boosts. I haven't resynced the rest of the TAS yet though. Saved 315 frames in only Hexagon Force by implementing both the HF skip and a new one exclusive to this mode. I think this could still be improved. Edit: Also the menuing is a bit weird. Instead of pressing start on the first possible frame on the result screen, the TAS turbos Start and A. I was able to somehow save a frame by just doing it normally. Edit 2: Saved more frames in Deadlocked by adding a new skip. The movie also isn't truncated properly and exits out to the menu. I got a time of 120692f, (120452 when truncated), improving this by 323f or 5.374s.

The game I'm TASing has an intermission cutscene every 10 levels. It cannot be skipped. This game has a password save system though. Could I soft-reset and use a password to skip the intermission? Or should I leave the cutscene in the TAS? It should be worth noting that (as far as I know), you can only see this password after the cutscene.

Haven't looked into the optimization of these, but wanted to list them off in case I forget in the future: #5948: Jigwally's GBA Who Wants to Be a Millionaire Junior in 03:25.75 #6393: EchoedMelodies's GBA Who Wants to Be a Millionaire in 03:19.84 These aren't technically rejected, but I still think they're worth looking over again since they were cancelled due to game choice.

Low chance someone will actually find this, but I remember I was a fan of this one Flash(?) racing game. First person view. One of the tracks was like a wooden roller coaster or something, with curves. Another game I remember is this game where you use spray paint on a wall to solve puzzles or something. It was on AddictingGames iirc but I can’t find it anymore. I think it had “graffiti” in the title, but the results aren’t what I remember.

It's already cancelled, but it is worth mentioning that (assuming this isn't a playaround) this is slower than the Deadlocked segment in my submission, as this run doesn't skip any speed portals.

The forum post I linked says that you can manipulate CPU dice rolls by changing which frame you hit your block. Are you sure you have tried this?
