Ash has a dull moveset (all of his attacks use his throw sprites), and Shiva takes away the challenge from the game (he can keep spamming his back attack).

It seems like the Sonic TAS forum has been abandoned?

Can't wait for this TAS, I have nothing useful to say. How would the autoscrollers be handled? I wish those stages were shorter.

Can't remember the name of this one old PC game that I played in 2007, it was some sort of water slide game where one of the playable characters was a robot. And the timer showed how many frames (i.e. 1:1.59).

Apparently, Hourglass can't even detect mouse position, making an easy anti-Hourglass measure for Game Maker games. I've incorporated that into one of my recent Game Maker games.

Bosses in this game have the same amount of HP regardless of whether or not there are 2 players.

"Super Street Fighter II Turbo (JPN)" sounds good. Once again, kudos to SDR and Dark Noob for another production.

Yes, to me what matters more is which version runs at 60FPS, if that's available, than the language. A similar case with another game such as Super Fantasy Zone, which was also released only in Japan and Europe.

Sorry to hijack this thread, but... Art of Fighting 2 movies always desync for me, using savestates or not. I tried both FBA .05 and .07.

Looks like there's a bit more trying to push the combo system to its limits this time around, but I'm not too fond of the repeated whiffed Jabs. The taunt was also used too many times, so its novelty wore off quickly.

I'm afraid I'll vote No, it didn't entertain me as much as this Third Strike TAS with Twelve. The same Super was kept being used, and in New Generation you can't change your super when the other player joins unlike the next two iterations.

The SNES version doesn't have the Day-Toy-Na stage, though. But I prefer most of the music in the SNES version.

Regarding the difficulty argument, this game comes to mind.

If I wanted to skip to the Boss Fights in a TAS, I would create bookmarks in a Media Player than watch a hack where it just goes to one boss after another. That and getting to use Spin Dashes on Bosses in Sonic 1 isn't enough to equal Rockman 4 Minus Infinity level of uniqueness.

Nope, can't use that code on a real Game Genie as it can only modify the values of ROM addresses, unless the Genesis Game Genie is different from the NES and SNES ones. I wouldn't want to have to find out what changes the value of this particular address. Someone stand me corrected.

This has got to be one of my favorite TAS's of all time. The game itself looks great, being able to play as five characters after you rescue them. But the controls seem too slippery and taking damage completely halts your movement. Still, I love this game. dat ending theme

As in system? The SNES version has load times, so the Genesis version is preferred.
