Whenever I try to open bizhawk it comes up with the loading icon next to my mouse pointer and then nothing happens, this never used to happen it just started today for no reason.

I haven't uploaded it to youtube yet and for the avi recording in fceux I used the xvideo codec but it looks exactly the same as the uncompressed option.
