I think I shall accept this one, with potential for the SNES port to obsolete it if liked more, but rejected otherwise.
I can agree with that. No point in having a million shoddy ports everywhere.

So, uh, would this be multiple categories at once? I mean, there would be no reason to change the input. All it would take is a different sync on an emulator and, voila, both 'game end glitch' and 'any%' at the same time.

Hmm... something bugs me... hey Random, what Aladdin pirate did you chose exactly? Theres like 3 or 4 of them on the same system, so did you chose the best one or the worst one?
In terms of quality? This one by far. The other ones are quite horrid, and also based on the other ports of Aladdin. (E.G., the SNES and GBC ports.)

In dekutony's first published run, watch as he abuses glitches in the game to increase the FPS and fall through walls, beating it in a brisk 2 minutes and 23.67 seconds.
What does that even mean? Create more lag? :|
The B button glitch literally speeds up the game, thus increasing the FPS.

Link to video (Thanks solarplex for the encode, as usual) Finished the desert level. The horse riding segment was...different, at least.

How hard would be to complete all Gen I games (maybe including the Japanese Blue) with one input, as it was done with other games, including two Final Fantasy games in the RPG genre. Other generation games can later be followed.
So Red, Blue, and Yellow then? Sounds difficult, but interesting.

Due to being a code, this likely wouldn't be an accepted run. Anyhow, it's pretty cool how this game can now be beaten in under an hour.

Link to video Minor trick I found a few months back. Could save a few frames. You basically press down a frame before you start falling, while standing still.

Much better! A bit on the short side, but reasonably entertaining with the clips. I give this a Yes.

Link to video A mediocre game based on a great movie. It does, however, have kicking. Lots and lots of kicking.

Yes, glitch the credits for sure. No reason to extend the runtime if end input is after the credits anyway.

Neat concept, but I'm not sure why you submitted it. The rules of the site state that the game must be beaten. It would have been better suited in the game's forum thread. Still, giving it a Yes because, hey, Super Metroid.

Do you see emulators for it in the emulator section? http://tasvideos.org/EmulatorResources.html or over at http://tasvideos.org/EmulatorResources/PotentialEmulators.html? If not, it's highly unlikely.
