Something very different when you want to compare with COTM, in SOTN, to get the "good" ending you need 195%+ castle

Its too arbitrary imo, especially in saturn, you can open white rooms just by been under the floor (witch is something that happen often while glitching "inside" the bounds) Now for a no glitch run... well... its boring to me so ill leave it for others Anyway just abusing the potion or the wolf-bounce-candle (which are not glitches) will already fuck up the "intended" way of playing, bypassing the spike armor pretty much destroy everything, same as for obtaining double jump sooner ect... And for a real 100% definition... its not going to be easy -can be the best ending (1800+ rooms on map) -full map (1990 rooms) -full ennemy list -full inventory (drop everyting) -31 relics (28 usa psx sotn) -full time attack events (29 psx, probly 30 on saturn) some of this prevent glitching, for exemple, if you skip death, you dont meet him... so youll miss an event in time attack screen

For me the sliding is what make the movie entertaining Its pretty borring to watch a game played exactly how its suppose to be played I have more fun with the unexcepted content, like this glitched slide, sure you cant attack ennemys, but does it realy matter? are you aiming at score...? no i think you aim for speed Well anyway, i think it was a cool game, it deserve to be tas imo

I dont realy see the point to gather rooms (%) with maria, there would be no "limit" from a game point of view, i could go to 150% or 200%, would not change anything in game, still shaft the boss, well... Now, in alucard game... its another matter The big problem of sotn is its too much buggy, i mean, whatever "achievement" or "goal" you would fix could be garbage by glitchs in order to go faster In mind for exemple the good ending with alucard, it require 195%+ castle Ok but this work also with white rooms... so basicly visiting only blue rooms is not the fastest way around, so in the end, you *might* not even need to explore the extra levels The only arbitrary (and suxy) goal possible would be beat all boss, and even in that case.... only the regular underground garden have one... reverted dont... cursed prison also dont have a boss (more likely no run will ever go to the prison, except in revert castle eventually)

Theres no issues, this was working from the start when emulation was fixed for rayman, i know its just flamming and what im doing is "bad" or at least not productive, but seriously its been nearly 2 weeks whe told you it work, nothing was fixed or added meanwhile, and all your asking for now is either wrong or stupid requests Im making this post because i laught at you when you say your needing "help", that what i call been hypocrit at the very least, didnt you sayd you "quit" yabause?... Of course this cdmage bs repaired magically everything (anyway it was working already...) Whe seriously took the hassle to check that rayman was realy working and you went away, now your back, well i tell you dude, the source is available, go on and fix yourself all those (fake) bugs, i doubt pa care about anything youll have to say now Something i learned all by myself is people are not at your disposal, he seriously helped you (even asked me to check out, just to be sure), and you seriously disapointed us when you "leaved"

Does this http://tasvideos.org/1293M.html is still syncing ? Good job anyway :p Edit: atma sayd its not syncing But its logic, if you removed some lag, the movie cant sync (10% of the movie = lag)

Voted meh, because the movie bored me to death, again a real bad game choice, but less terrible than previous ones, so ill abstain from voting no this time Edit: technicaly its probably good tought, hum, i dont want to see/know if theres errors or possible improvement, im not realy interrested, that game is realy as much un-entertaining as its possible to be Also, 9000 rerecord for 8min is nothing so "special", its small even...

Only fringe users use .zip or 7zip
Absolute nonsense. Almost everyone still uses .zip, I suppose mainly because Windows XP onwards have supported Zip files natively as folders.
Believe it or not, but as soon as i mentionned XP having zip integrated (on IRC...), his first reflex was to go on check on the #windows channel i wasnt lieing ... almost like he had to check my ip to be sure im not charles1q2w (the bench troll whe saw 2 days ago)... or that someone else need to make the test back with 7zip and desert bus... paranoid :/ Anyway wiki is a lie, toyota win... but whatever

Because my (french..) system speak in octets, its not obvious to you ?... like you would suggest i take the hassle to speak in octet... for the sake of been an ass? And yes it was a good test, because it demonstrate what happen in a big movie, where obviously what is needed is to save space That why i also underlined than in a common case theres not much difference, like you did tested The only benefit i see from putting 7zip is on huge files, you demonstrated its not realy needed for common movies, with 7zip it fit better for movies like desert bus Note: im not saying whe need 7zip anyway, i dont think whe do, but to the question "why whe would even take 7zip", desert bus would be the "best" exemple since whe are just in a "space" storage debate

Im not realy whilling to bother more than i did, lets say its my fault for weird size changing rars, it still beaten up by very far regardless this Now of course this is the "extrem" case with desert bus, warp showed on a more "classic" movie its not that much a difference

The real problem in this topic, is nobody made the "good" test Warp made already the compare with something "common" and demonstrate its not realy needed Now, the real good test (extreme test at least...) is with desert bus... here the outcome: -Movie : 633'605 Ko -Zip on site : 2'867 Ko Now my tests: -7zip set to maximum : 90 Ko -7zip set to normal : 1'389 Ko -Zip set to maximum : 2'867 Ko -Zip set to normal : 6'764 Ko -Rar set to maximum : 2'559 Ko -Rar set to normal : 2'367 Ko (OhO) Note: i didnt took the hassle to check dictionnary used ect.. probably can chunk more... i just used the preset "Compression Level" Obviously maximum setting ask lot of cpu ressources (2min on my phenom), and ultra setting didnt saved anything Also, winrar was used to make the zip, btw, size is never the same with rar archive twice in a row :/ Ah and yeah its all in ko.. doesnt matter ... but for the record 8 byte = 1 octect Anyway, toyota win!

So for bin based movies you gonna put extra size, just for the self decompression system? What i mean basicly is the benefit belong first to text based movie, and even in that case zip already do a good job on them
