The input file is like the film reel, not the script. The link to x264vfw is in the guide. Uploading lossless video to youtube is pointless, because youtube decides how well it will look based on its resolution, not compression it has. So you want the highest resolution you can afford, which makes lossless even more pointless. And uncompressed video is not even used by anyone ever because it's giant, and also slow.
