I've wrote a Windows dumping guide for PSXjin. You can find it at Wiki: EncodingGuide/VideoDumping. You can change what you want to change, in case there are mistakes. And I see Aktan added a TODO right at step 3. I've checked the WAV from arukAdo's Castlevania SoTN run, and it doesn't seem to have a problem. But I didn't listen to the whole thing.
