I need to know if Dolphin (or any Wii emulator for that matter) will run well or at all on my craptop, so I can start some NSMBWii hacking. My specs: Processor: Intel Pentium P600 @ 1.87GHz 3GB RAM Graphics: "Intel(R) HD Graphics" (don't ask me, not even Steam knows what it is) OS: Windows 7 Home Premium x64 Also, Portal runs fine most of the time, and NSMBDS runs at ~60FPS (and occasionally I can get it up to 70).
GONNA DO THIS SOMETIME LATER

Try. That's the only advice I can give.

Just a Pentium? Not even a Core or Core 2? There is no way any games are gonna run at reasonable speeds on that. Also, the Intel HD Graphics mean you have an integrated graphics card, and a dedicated graphics card is a basic requirement.

My laptop is a bit more powerful and NSMBWii still has a lot of lag: AMD Athlon II P320 dual-core 2.10GHz 8GB of PC3-10800 1333MHz DDR3 RAM ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 with 256MB of VRAM Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1 ...still hasn't stopped me from getting a Bluetooth adapter, a Wiimote, a Classic Controller, and a wireless IR bar; the knockoff products altogether cost me about $50. Also, to find out more about your setup, download and run Speccy; also both CPU-Z and GPU-Z may help.
