Super Pang (1990) Developed by Mitchell Corporation
A popular game where you must harpoon bubbles until they disappear. When you shoot reach a bubble, this is split in two bubbles more small. The mission is kill all the bubbles in various part of the world.
  • Objectives:
    • Emulator used: FBA v.005
    • Use level selector cheat
    • Clear the level as fast as possible
    • 1 player controls 2 characters
  • Autor's comments:
Level Selector Cheat
I known this cheat a long time ago. I can select any level of the game, but the last in the list was the level 39. With 40 level, i must clear 2 levels for finish the game.
Use of Dynamite item
Too work harpooning many bubbles. Use the dynamite item save much time to finish faster the level, just need to remove any bubbles that remain.
Use of Clock item
This useful clock that freezes time, with 3 sec, help me to remove more easily the bubbles in the level 40 (last). I think that 3 sec was sufficient time and good used.
Two characters
Well, is obvious using 2 characters, i can remove the bubbles faster and do coordinated actions. Ej: Take the dynamite in the level 40 before that it reach the ground.

Noxxa: Claiming for judgment.
Noxxa: This run uses a cheat to bypass nearly all of the game. This is clearly against the rules, and no justification has been given for doing it. Rejecting.

J is spelled like H in Latin America.
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.

Still doesn't explain why he's laughing for being rejected. Unless he's gone mad just trolling.

No need. No need to be published, it would be surprising if it were.

So, if you were aware that it wouldn't be published, why did you even bother to submit it in the first place?
http://www.youtube.com/Noxxa <dwangoAC> This is a TAS (...). Not suitable for all audiences. May cause undesirable side-effects. May contain emulator abuse. Emulator may be abusive. This product contains glitches known to the state of California to cause egg defects. <Masterjun> I'm just a guy arranging bits in a sequence which could potentially amuse other people looking at these bits <adelikat> In Oregon Trail, I sacrificed my own family to save time. For trolling's sake(?). If you guys don't remember, he got really upset after his last submission got rejected, so me guess that he wanted his revenge (wtf) by submitting crappy movies to the site. *shrugs*

Yeah, I know that, and it's exactly why I wonder. Felipe should be knowing better than this, by now. Trolling? It seems believable at this point, but still would be a pretty idiotic thing for Felipe to do.

You remember me well. But remember, that was not the reason that I have withdrawn from this work. I'm not a TASer. For that.

So...then why did you submit a TAS to the site? I still don't get it.

It would appear clear that he only did it to troll. Any person who was serious about TASing or was a TASer wouldn't repeatedly do things like this.

except.... it's not really a successful troll. No one got mad, no one cared enough, I guess. You'd have to try a lot harder
