No, that's Final Fantasy on the WonderSwan (Color).

D'aww... Why'd you do that? Reverse image search gave the exact right result, so it's not like it was even the tiniest bit difficult to figure out.

Technically it has been a thing for years now. But that is with an older version of mednafen-rr, which of course has no UI. Wondersawn rerecording will be a thing in the next official BizHawk release.
