Yes Rob they work. I have tried it. Well, I tried the WF stairs. IDK about CCM.

I also doubt you have seen a blj from inside the WF room to CCM, or vice versa, yet they were on your route, and also on mine.

I've never seen the bolded BLJs before (then again, I don't keep up with the new developments anymore), but if they worked, then that route would be all right.
Also want proof of this.

Uhm, ToolAssist BLJ'd on the BoB stairs in one of his newer freeruns. I tried on WF stairs when I was a much worse TASer and had a crappy angle, but it was possible.

sonicpacker, please remember that not everyone here watches every freerun or any, and some might not even know who you're talking about. Anyways, i'll make m64s of my attempts to do those bljs.

I wasn't saying it in a cocky way, like "Oh duh you shouldve seen it already!" I meant that you could go see it if you havent already.

I doubt you could get enough speed BLJing on the BoB room stairs to get to BBH. Its like two doors you have to get through.

I cannot wait to watch the new 120 version. The new tricks all combined to build the great movie. Good luck to all of you!

I think ThMrksman is right. Because you don't "stick" to the BoB stairs. You fly off into the wall.

It would probably be faster to just go out the door, and side blj on the stairs outside.

Or would it be faster to warp back to begining, then BLJ ?

If you mean, go back in BoB and exit the course, then absolutely not.

The BoB BLJ. Dunno if it's possible to actually get to BBH with this, but I figured I'd link this for the lazier folks out there.

Oh ok, yea that would work BLJ on BoB stairs, warp to stairs outside room, side blj on those, and to BBH or something like that :P

Or... you could BLJ on the BoB stairs to get into the BoB pillar, backflip, do a BLJ on the BitDW stairs, and get to BBH. That is probably way too slow though.

That noise... sounds like when the bully dies. I am curious if there's some way it can kill itself? EDIT: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-wmUci56Y8&feature=related

Demonstrate: That isn't a glitch, he hit the bully off so far it landed on snow and then it walked into the ice water a few seconds later.

It's intriguing, but probably won't increase our time for that star. The Bully can be knocked off of that ledge so quickly that causing a suicide would take longer than simply killing him - unless someone can manipulate the bully into jumping off the edge before Mario reaches him. However, I have a hunch that this isn't feasible, because someone would have discovered it already. Of course, I would love to be proved wrong.

The big gain would presumably come if you could lure him off the platform while doing the 100 coins star, right?
