cs = uses the clock stopping glitch
Piston Honda I improved by 2 seconds over Phil and Genisto's video
In addition, Glass Joe was aesthetically improved by knocking him out with a star uppercut instead of a jab. I improved phase 1 of Mr. Sandman by 1 second. Unfortunately, because you have to wait for his second sleeper pattern, this does not improve the overall time.
The cs glitch was avoided in Phil and Genisto's run because they claimed it was boring. I hope this run proves otherwise. I tried to make it as fast and as entertaining as possible while the clock is stopped. The cs glitch results in some bizarre strategies, especially Soda Popinski and the second Don Flamenco fight. I use the select trick and get knocked down twice in order to achieve the fastest clock time.

Phil: I have corrected your Mr. Sandman time. Btw, you didn't try to make this run as fast as possible in REAL time.
Ex. Just by watching Glass Joe when he is down, he tries to lift up twice. You're losing so much time. Just because of that, anybody may obsoletes your run.
And, congratulations for PH, I thought the current strategy was the best, I haven't tested that much for this fighter.

My guess is that people think that the cs glitch makes the strategies pretty stupid. The people who voted meh could at least explain why. I'm not sure what to think myself. Is the select trick mentioned in the manual? In any case it's an interesting application of it (actually getting less health than normally).

yeah, its mentioned in the manual. i personally think that the cs strategies are more interesting. they make bizarre situations such as getting knocked down twice in order to make the fastest time
