Post subject: PCEjin question: can I convert iso/cue games into bin/cue?

I tried to load some iso/cue games into PCEjin but seems like the emulator only supports bin/cue. I have a bunch of PCE-CD games here but they're all iso/cue format. Is there a way to convert them into bin/cue somehow? I'd really like to make them work on PCEjin if possible.
