When I play the smv movie for this video or this video it plays about 3 levels fine, then desyncs due to what would appear to be enemies being in the wrong place (random seed?). Is this a problem with my emulator (snes9x for mac, most recent version), or my rom? How do I fix this?

Sorry, wrong. Use the WIP version of snes9x. I'll bet all will be better with it.

Yes, tell me what player to use without linking to it or giving me a reason, great idea. Seriously, where do I find this player and how would it help me?

To OmnipotentEntity: Since he said he's on a Mac, and nitsuja has been known to destroy all other operating systems in his wake as he "improves" emulators for windows, it won't do any good. To m.r.bob: I assumed that you'd go visit the snes9x homepage to find a copy of snes9x. snes9x.com ?

On my beautiful windows lappy, I checked the "use WIP1 timing" button. Now it works. Thanks people.
