That would be quite, erm, "different" to look at.

I'm glad you didn't write about that in the thread, I watched the WIP earlier and it totally caught me by surprise. Usually cartoon games don't have many glitches to exploit, so I'm glad this is different.

I wish i had a VHS to show you guys this glitch i discovered in MMX8. While fighting Optic Sunflower you can pass through the wall and end up in the room next to it. This can probably be done elsewhere. Anyways... When OS throws is screen ball you need to try and get caught next to the wall. When you ask for help the other character should appear in the wall thus ending up in the other room. Now, this has probably been seen by someone else but i totally freaked out!! Edit: When i was stuck in the other room i could still see OS's life gauge, the boss music was still playing and i could hear him doing his move in the other room. The only problem was that i couldn't get through the door to get back to the fight.

I caused a glitch in (NES) Smash TV a while back. Didn't record it, but executing it is simple: when fighting Mutoid Man/Evil MC, run into him and die while simultaneously firing the killing blow. His torso disappears while the heads are flying around, and then when it explodes, it's made of graphical garbage.

I thought I'd make a thread for all people to display game glitches that are totally useless (so not shown in the TASes), yet produce funny/hilarious effects. For the first one, there's a glitch in Donkey Kong Country 1 (SNES) where Donkey Kong appears to be humping a grey Donkey Kong. Here's a video of how to do it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hDQLeVJh1A I hope this starts a long thread of hilarious glitches. [Edit by Bisqwit: Merged into existing thread "Just be funny". Your topic is not significantly different/special to warrant a new thread.]

Oh. I am not amused. Now, how about back into the topic? Creating funny movies with emulators, etc…

I like playing Zelda 2 in realtime with the L+R glitch. It ruins the game in the most unexpected ways... Can anyone kill horsehead? He's definitely in the area, although "the area" seems to be simply "somewhere where I don't know where I am."

I'm not quite sure of it myself ... it seems that every time the warp glitch is performed the RAM values get scrambled, and sometimes this scrambling leads to color changes and other weird stuff. I can't reproduce that glitch from scratch though, since I came upon it purely by luck.

Down the holeeeeeeeee Atlantis no Nazo (J), fastest route to self-destruction (maybe. I should review my door map and see if there's a quicker route -- level two sucks)

Sorry, I deleted it as soon as I uploaded to yousendit. It was an avi, so dehacked's place wouldn't be able to handle it anyway. Maybe someone here who has downloaded it still has it and can upload it again.

I don't see any RAM scrambling going on, but Yoshi's colour is determined by a table, and if the level number is 73 or higher they may become strange.

Wow, all who have epilepsy I warn you, don't watch further after Megaman dies.
*collapses to the floor, foaming at the mouth* How the purple monkey did you pull that off? Was that glitch performed with a Game Genie, or is there a legitamate way to crash the game?

"This was made with a cheat code" -- Movie description I like how if you leave the game long enough, it resets itself. Go figure.
