Wily 6 - 6 frames were gained due the randomness of pixel-position Wily alien – 0

About my working etc. ( I have spent over 2 years playing Rockman2 and trying to ”study” how everything works correctly)
I decided to work myself this time and I really enjoyed my time while making this. I'm a really big fan of Rockman / Mega Man games, like my friend AngerFist :)
Thanks for everyone who have ”supported” me and watched my special WIPs Special thanks goes to FinalFighter who discovered Crashman and Woodman stage death abusing techniques and to Bisqwit for being nice and helping me out if I asked something :)
About the run ”small talk”
Most of the improvements came from Woodman & Crashman ”death abusing techniques” (glitches saved around 400 frames / 6,66 seconds)
I have told this thing many times in IRC but I need to say it because everyone need to know what happens in my movie. In this movie randomness and frame rule tries to ruin my gameplay *sobs*
NOTE ! I copypasted Bisqwit's insane Wily2 boss fighting.
Please enjoy this stuff !

Bisqwit: Submission file replaced from author's partial remaking. It's now 76 frames faster.
Bisqwit: Accepting (again, Shinryuu had deleted the previous accepted marker), and processing.

Somehow, you managed to avoid the splash animation at the end of Bubbleman stage before the Wily door. Weird. So you did not utilize Item1 trick in Wily3 after all (right after the robotic fishes). Why's that? Congratulations on improvements in Wily4. It pays off to think differently.
Wily3 item1 appeared to be slower becouse it just saves around 40-5x frames.. i need to get refil somewhere and i don't know any good place and in wily6 stages zipping im losing a lot of time if im going to play it with 2 item1s

Indeed. A 7 second improvement with the use of new glitches on rockman2 is pretty good. The death glitch's were perfmormed perfect. Nice work Shinryuu!(I also say nice work to the helpers who made this improvement possible) Yes vote.
greetings goes to the Ninja Master FinalFighter again ^___^"

Shinryuu, here's a thought. Couldn't you have used the Item1slight technique in Woodman stage right after the death, at 09:05?

I have one questions: How did you throw those Metal Blades so that they hung in space? That was some Dio Brando shit right there...awesome!

The velocity of the blade is the sum of the buttons you press, or "forward" if none are pressed. But if you press UP+DOWN at the same time, you get a total velocity of zero. :) Where "velocity" is defined to include a directional component.

I remember from the previous submission that pressing up+down caused it but I didn't know that was the velocity explanation for it. I definetly do not understand the pattern that the blades were placed and the blocks that were destroyed however, that still eludes me.

Well, watch this. https://files.tasvideos.org/bisqwit/rockman2-wily2ilm.avi It's a version of the fight as it appeared to me when I played it. The colourful overlay on the picture are instructions for me so that I know where to place the blades. Even if you don't understand the animation, it's looks cool so watch it :) (It was my Wily2 fight from the previous movie (Shinryuu & Bisqwit), but Shinryuu copypasted that fight into this movie.)

Already tested it.. there no so much space so it doesn't save or lose time i have tested everything or better answer can you see the roof how "small" it is ?

I bought this game last week, and so I felt better equipped to watch this movie. I must say it was vastly entertaining now that I know, for instance, what the crap those little bombs do (from Crashman). Anyway, great job on this; it was awesome.

Wow, skipping a boss altogether! Good going, Shinryuu. How come this updated movie wasn't published?

Shinryuu is still working on Rockman 2, and he has many more tricks up his sleeve. So you can expect the upcoming movie to have lots of more glitches and tricks than that. :)
